• Refund and Cancellation Policy

    HOMOEO CARNESS is committed to providing authentic, high-quality homeopathic medicines from world-renowned manufacturers. Because we deal with health and consumable products, our policies are designed to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our medicines.

    1. Order Cancellation

    We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order according to the following conditions:

    • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the product has been handed over to our courier partner (typically within 12–24 hours of order placement).

    • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

    2. Returns and Exchanges

    Due to the nature of homeopathic medicines and to maintain strict hygiene and storage standards, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

    • Damaged or Leaking Products: If your order arrives damaged or with broken seals, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Incorrect Items: If you receive a medicine different from what you ordered.

    • Expired Products: If the medicine delivered has passed its expiration date.

    3. Refund Process

    Once your refund or cancellation request is approved by the HOMOEO CARNESS team:

    • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

    • For prepaid orders, the amount will typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
